Walking in a wildlife sanctuary

 Seven days walking in the marvellous alpine environment of three bordering protected natural areas: Rugova National Park (Kosovo), National Park Prokletije (Montenegro) and Lugina e Valbones (Albania). Following old shepherd's paths inside one of the last wild and untouched land of Europe, where the wolf meets the man. Our experienced and certified guides will lead you across valleys, mountain peaks and open alpine meadows of this wildlife sanctuary.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Number of trekking days: 8

Walking hours per day: 6-8 hours.

Highest point: Trekufinj Peak 2365 m.amsl (Albania)

Accommodation: B&B, alpine guesthouse and cabine ( sandwich for lunch during trekking and dinner in the Family Accommodations)

Equipment needed: Mountain shoes, sneakers, windbreak jacket, 55-65 backpack, passport. Rugova Experience can equip you with everything else needed.

Cost: Includes all accommodation, material, certified guide service, food and drinks on the trekking, transportation.

Meeting Points: Pristina International Aiport “Adem Jashari” or Peja-Pec city center.
