Kosovar kitchen is for sure an interesting part of our culture. We are proud of it and we think
that many of our typical dishes can be pleasant by international traveler who can remain
surprise of the love that kosovar put in it besides the quality of the food itself. In these years,
Rugova Experience has worked a lot to create a network with local actors who were willing to
develop tourism in Kosovo. Our partners were selected after we met them and we discussed
about our aim. This is what we mean with the concept of responsible tourism that is to involve
the local population in an economy sector who can enable them to receive an income from their
service.
